The answer is, Canned Responses! We've made it very easy to create and use Canned Responses so that your agents can save time, and provide the right answers. Here's how:
1. Go to the "Apps" tab in your dashboard:
2. For the app you're creating a Canned Response for, select "Settings" - > "Canned Responses"
3. Create a Response Tag. This is what the agent will type in, in order to trigger the canned response
4. Enter the Response Content: This is what your end user sees.
5. Press "Create"
And you're done!
With Canned Responses, your agents can save valuable time typing, and manage even more users simultaneously!
