Routing conversations to different groups

You might want to direct sets of customers to certain teams first. Here's how:

​1. In the dashboard, go to the "My Apps" tab: https://manage.hipmob.com/#apps
2. Select "Settings"

3. Under the "Details" section (as shown below):
  • Select one of your groups in the Dropdown (as shown below)
  • Select "Update"


And you're done!! 

Set up is complete, and you can transfer conversations to a group using the following shortcut command:

#transferto <Group Name>
