Setting your hours of operation

Hipmob allows you set hours of operation, during which chats will be directly routed to available agents. Outside your hours of operation, the chat widget on your site will register agents as away (unless one specifically sets themself(ves) as present, and the chat section of your app will show agents as away).

Here's how to set it up:
  1. In your dashboard, select the menu on the top right, and go to "Account" (or go here)
  2. Scroll to the "Company Information" section
  3. Choose a time zone for your company, and then choose days, and times that you'll be available (as shown below)
And you're done! Now agents will show as available during the hours of operation, and unavailable outside the hours of operation, unless they specifically state that they are online (As shown below)
